Who we are
Tankful is software for pressure-washing operators to send quotes, schedule jobs, and send invoices.
Using Tankful
You may use Tankful to manage your business operations. You are responsible for your own services, pricing, taxes, licensing, and your relationship with your clients. Tankful is not a party to the job.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may delete your account and data at any time by contacting support.
Payments through Stripe
Operators connect their OWN Stripe accounts via Stripe Connect. Client payments are direct charges on the operator's account via Stripe-hosted Checkout. Tankful never sees, stores, or routes card numbers.
Your clients and your work
- Operators are responsible for their own services, pricing, taxes, licensing, and their relationship with clients.
- Tankful is not a party to the job between the operator and the client.
- Transactional emails (quotes, receipts) are sent via Resend. Clients can opt out of these emails.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Tankful for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts or damages the service.
Beta service and changes
Tankful is provided as-is during beta. We may make changes to the service or these terms at any time without prior notice.
Disclaimers and liability
Tankful data is stored in Supabase (hosted Postgres). The software is provided "as-is" during the beta period. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tankful disclaims all warranties and limits liability for any damages arising from your use of the service.
